Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every cap is produced in small runs and checked individually before it ships. We dispatch as quickly as we can without cutting corners.

Processing time

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we prepare and dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving payment. If a piece is ready to ship, it leaves sooner.

Destinations & rates

We currently ship within Germany and the European Union.

• Germany: 1–3 business days. Standard € 4.99 — free above € 100. Express € 9.99.
• EU (Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): 3–6 business days. Standard € 4.99.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside the European Union.

Carriers

Within Germany we ship with DHL. For deliveries elsewhere in the EU we use DHL or DPD. All shipments include tracking.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. You can follow the status live at any time.

Delays

If your tracking shows no new status for more than 5 business days, write to support@résidence-club.com. We will follow up with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.

Packaging

Recycled card, no logo, no glossy plastic. Discreet and considered — even at the moment of unboxing.
